Есть предложение по работе секретаря - либо дежурного по путевкам - в сезон хотя бы один день сделать расписание не с 9-18 а скажем с 12-20, ну не у всех начальники охотники, а исхитрятся подгадывать - успеешь не успеешь - это ряд трудностей... и еще хотелось бы - за неделю до открытия - выписывать и в субботу - пусть с 11-15 10-14 или 9-13 это намного удобнее - я так думаю.
